What this website is

Marketing material about Mira Coral Bay, a development by Mira Developments in a joint venture with Marjan in Al Mairid, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. We act as a broker. We are not the developer, and nothing here is an offer, a contract, or a reservation.

Off-plan development

The project is off-plan. Brand collections are released in phases, and payment plans and handover dates are published per collection at its launch; no completion date is stated on these pages for the community as a whole. Completion dates, layouts, specifications, finishes, unit mix, brand partners and amenities are the developer's and can change. Renders and plans are indicative: they illustrate design intent and are not a promise of the finished product, and dimensions are subject to final survey.

Prices and currency

Prices are indicative, exclude fees and charges, and can change without notice. The starting price is shown in UAE dirhams, from the developer's price list, with a US-dollar equivalent for convenience only (AED 550,000 / USD 150,000). The contract price and currency are those stated in the sale documents. Confirm the current price with us before relying on any figure shown here.

Investment statements

Statements on these pages about the district, its development, rental demand and the investment case come from the developer, from the master developer or from published market data, and are attributed as such where they appear. They describe circumstances or expectations at the time of publication, are not a forecast, and are not a guarantee of any return. They are not investment, tax or legal advice. Ownership

Statements about foreign ownership, freehold title and taxation reflect our understanding at the time of publication. Rules change and their application depends on your circumstances. Verify your position with a qualified adviser in the relevant jurisdiction.

Submitting an enquiry form does not reserve a residence or create any obligation on either side. This site loads map tiles from OpenStreetMap and Esri; those services operate under their own terms. Links to other sites, including the developer's, are provided for convenience and we are not responsible for their content.

Liability

We take care to keep this information accurate, but we do not warrant that it is complete or current, and we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on it. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the Dubai courts have jurisdiction.
